BST30/35 Base Station

The PNG BST30 and BST35 are mobile versions of the PNG Base Station and can be operated as a stand-alone base or connected to a wired intercom system. The Mobile Base Station makes it possible for crewmembers of any platform to move away from it while maintaining clear communications. The mobile base station supports two simultaneous intercom loops. Several remote users are supported and two groups of wireless PNG users can be defined and linked to respective loops in the platform ICS. Its rugged design enables it to withstand dust, moisture and harsh environmental conditions. Because of PNGs adaptive noise cancelling capabilities,  the Mobile Base Station lends itself perfectly for noisy & harsh environments where clear communications are still required. Typical scenarios can vary from patrol boats with boarding parties, to ground crew doing engine checks on aircraft or checking for foreign object damage or search & rescue helicopter crews.
